About the instructor:

Melissa is the owner and head chef of Milk & Honey Cookery. She trained with Henning Nordanger of Henning’s Local and ran a high-end Italian cheese-focused restaurant in Virginia Beach. She brings a deep knowledge of cheese and its making process as well as food styling and preparation.
